Due to the perishable nature of floral products, Blixaronzle generally does not accept returns of floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

We guarantee that all floral arrangements from Blixaronzle are fresh, properly arranged, and delivered in excellent condition.

24 Hour Window

If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
