We guarantee that all floral arrangements from Blixaronzle are fresh, properly arranged, and delivered in excellent condition.
If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or is defective due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will:
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund
Cancel less than 24 hours before delivery for a 50% refund
Cancellations are not accepted after delivery has been made
